The National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology and History of Peru is the older state museum of our country and it is constituted in the seat of the National System of Museums of the State. Its importance is in the vast one and varied cultural patrimony that their exhibition halls and deposits lodge.
Ceramios, textiles, metals, organic material and líticos related to invaluable conserved human rest to techniques that still surprise the specialists, conform the legacy of our pre-Hispanic past. Documentary, photographic and bibliographical objects of historical-artistic value and bottoms give account of the periods colonial and republican. All of them make of this space a place of encounter with the history of Peru.
Its historical architecture is constituted in the ideal place where all, without concerning their age and origin, can discover, revivir and question the experiences of our ancestors. We invited to national and foreign, young and adult, investigating the tourists and academic cultural and enterprise institutions and to the public in general to delight and to experiment with the diverse activities that we developed and to make use of the spaces that the museum offers.
