THE GREEN COAST - LA COSTA VERDE

BEACH FRESH WATER

THE JUMP OF THE FRIAR
A precipice of wild sea. It counts the legend that a friar jumped from the top to flee from the devil that persecuted it. In the zone a small barren island exists to which it is acceded by a natural stone bridge.
BEACH CAPLINA
Small and it narrows. Of calm sea. Border that conjugates the sand and stones. Many years ago it beached in his border a boat of similar name.
BEACH THE HORSESHOE
Most emblematic for the runners of waves of Great the Lima. It is of sand and the sea is ferocious. It shows a levee where the bars, the discotecas and the restaurants move.
In the end it appears the playita of Samoa, that closes the beach fan of the bay of Lima.
PLAYA MARBELLA
Bonita y pequeña. Su orilla es de piedras. Se accede a ella por un caminito escarpado al final de la céntrica Av. Brasil.
PLAYA LOS DELFINES Y ORRANTIA
Playas pequeñas. Con piedras en las orillas. Ideales para los surfistas.
PUNTA ROQUITAS Y PLAYA MIRAFLORES
Playas limpias, con orillas de piedra, e ideales para los surfistas. En la segunda existe un espigón en donde se emplazan los amantes de la pesca con cordel.
PLAYA MAKAJA
Pequeña y curva. Orilla de arena y cascajo.
PLAYA LOS DELFINES
Aguas tranquilas. Orilla de arena. Limpia y con buena infraestructura.
PLAYA BARRANQUITO
También pequeña e ideal para surfistas.
PLAYA AGUA DULCE
La más popular. En el verano es literalmente "asaltada" por los veraneantes limeños. Es de arena y el mar es muy calmo.
PLAYA PESCADORES
Pequeña playa de mar calmo. Como su nombre lo indica, posee un pequeño mercado de pescadores y un muelle artesanal. Existen servicios básicos.
PLAYAS DEL CLUB REGATAS LIMA
De playas limpias y bien cuidadas pero de acceso restringido.
EL SALTO DEL FRAILE
Un barranco de mar bravío. Cuenta la leyenda que un fraile saltó desde la cima por huir del diablo que lo perseguía. En la zona existe un islote al que se accede por un puente natural de piedra.
PLAYA CAPLINA
Pequeña y estrecha. De mar tranquilo. Orilla que conjuga la arena y las piedras. Hace muchos años varó en su orilla un barco de similar nombre.
PLAYA LA HERRADURA
La más emblemática para los corredores de olas de la Gran Lima. Es de arena y el mar es feroz. Ostenta un malecón donde se desplazan los bares, las discotecas y los restaurantes.
Al final aparece la playita de Samoa, que cierra el abanico de playas de la bahía de Lima.
